Hello Persian (registered as "HP Events Ltd" in England and Wales or "we") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use [linked to website terms of use] and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis of which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by use. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By accepting the "Privacy Policy" and our "Terms of Use" when registering, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:

1. Information that we provide by filling in forms on our site at www.HelloPersian.com ("our site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material and requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
2. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
3. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
4. Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
5. Details of your visits to our site including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, web logs and other communication data, whether this is required for a billing purpose or otherwise and the resources which you access.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advisors (This will be collected from Google Analytics). This is statistical data about our users’ browser actions and patents, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computers hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable use:

1. To estimate our audience size and usage pattern;
2. to store information about your preferences, and to allow to customize our site according to your individual interest.
3. to speed up your searches;
4. to recognise you when you return to our site.

Data is collected using web analysis tools using cookies that are able to be used to generate pseudonyms for user profiles. These cookies may be saved after the expiration of the browser session. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us for one of our suppliers. Staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and provision of support services. If you purchase tickets for an event, the promoter of this event may ask for your contact details to be shared with them so they can contact you directly about their event or inform you about future events they are promoting. By placing an order you are consenting to the event promoter using your information for future contact and marketing. If you would like to opt-out of this, please contact the event promoter.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to external advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day) we may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in London) we may also use the personal we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiarys, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiarys, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

1. In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the seller or buyer of such business or assets.
2. If Hello Persian or substantially all of its assets are required by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

If we under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or imply our terms of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hello Persian, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purpose of fraud pretention and credit risk reduction.
4. To help us improve the service to you. In some cases we may pass your contact details to our customer feedback partner. This information will be used solely to give you the opportunity to raise any issues you may have encountered, or suggestions you may have for improving our service to you.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. If you believe personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can update this in your profile, or contact us and we will update it for you. You may delete your account permanently if you wish. This will remove all personal information from your account, but will not remove your contact details from any orders you have placed as these may be required for us to carry out our obligations to you under contracts we've entered into with you.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from websites for advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £50 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
