Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Tickets from our website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions or any specific terms, which is mentioned on order page before making payment based on the performer's request. You can print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Tickets from our site.

I. GENERAL TERMS
By using www.HelloPersian.com ("Site"), you expressly agree to be bound by the following "Terms" and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site, and its respective affiliates, parent company and subsidiaries (collectively "HelloPersian.com") reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms, HelloPersian.com may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your Ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

II. PERMITTED USE
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by HelloPersian.com to do so. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorised ticket sales, or unauthorised use of any robot, spider or other automated device on the site, may be investigated and appropriate legal action taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

III. DISCLAIMERS
Hello Persian (registered as HP Events Ltd in England and Wales) provides no guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Hello Persian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Hello Persian will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages. Hello Persian disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site. Hello Persian is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site. The Ticket holder is admitted on condition, and by use of this Ticket agrees that:

• This ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the event for which this ticket grants admission ("Event");
• The holder is not allowed to transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Event, including but not limited to, any picture, video, audio, or reproduction concerning the Event (including pre and post Event activities);
• The venue operator or event promoter may be exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights to the Event and Event Information;
• The holder grants unrestricted rights to use the holder's likeness incidental to any broadcast, telecast, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event or otherwise to the participating artists, promoters of the Event, and all entities affiliated with the Event, or their respective agents.

This Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of HP Events Ltd. This ticket may not be resold in violation of any local law or regulation. The license granted by this may be terminated upon:

• Breach of any of the preceding provisions
  or
• If the holder is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, use vulgar or abusive language or violate any other venue rule or regulation. Management of the facility reserves the right to inspect and/or search all persons, packages, and bags entering the premises.

WARNING! THE TICKET HOLDER BEARS THE RISK OF THE DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THIS EVENT, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of being struck by thrown or projected objects, atmospheric effects, strobe light usage, or loud noises. IF STRUCK OR ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH EVENT, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT AN USHER FOR ASSISTANCE. All tickets sold are final and no refunds or exchanges are permitted UNLESS expressly permitted by policies of the organiser. Policies and procedures adopted by HelloPersian.com are subject to change at any time without notice.

IV. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT
Hello Persian™ logo found on this site are registered trademarks of HP Events Ltd and may not be used at any time under any circumstances save with the prior written permission of Hello Persian. The content and software on this Site is the property of HP Events Ltd and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. Except as expressly stated in the limited licence provision of these terms and conditions, Hello Persian does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.

V. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Hello Persian be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if such damage was reasonably foreseeable and even if Hello Persian has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VI. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Hello Persian (registered as HP Events Ltd), its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents and other partners, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.

VII. GOVERNING LAW
By using the Site, you agree that any dispute will be governed and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
